These Terms of Service govern access to and use of claudepractice.com, operated by Veyralabs. Please read them before using the platform.
By registering and using claudepractice.com, you accept these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you disagree with any of them, you must not use the platform. claudepractice.com is operated by Veyralabs. By using the platform you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age.
claudepractice.com is a preparation platform for the Claude Certified Architect – Foundations certification by Anthropic. We offer practice questions, learning modules, and exam simulators. We are an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Anthropic, PBC. Product and certification names mentioned belong to their respective owners.
We offer a free plan with limited access and a paid Pro plan. Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Lifetime Plan: one-time payment, permanent access while the platform is active. Monthly Pro Plan: recurring billing, cancel at any time. Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store credit card data on our servers.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment, with no justification required. After that period, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, write to us at hola@claudepractice.com with your purchase email.
You agree not to: • Share your account with other people • Redistribute, sell, or reproduce platform content • Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape questions and content • Use the platform for illegal activities or activities that violate third-party rights • Interfere with the normal operation of the service Violation may result in immediate suspension of your account without a refund.
All content on claudepractice.com — questions, explanations, modules, design, and interface — is owned by Veyralabs or licensed for use on the platform. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for individual learning purposes. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without express written authorization.
We strive to keep the platform available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. In the event of a prolonged service outage (more than 72 consecutive hours), Pro users will receive an equivalent extension to their access period.
claudepractice.com is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that use of the platform will result in passing any certification exam. In no event shall Veyralabs be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified by email with at least 15 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by Spanish law and European Union law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Spain, unless applicable consumer protection regulations establish a different jurisdiction.
