At claudepractice.com, operated by Veyralabs, we take your privacy seriously. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and what your rights are.
We collect the information you provide when you sign up: name, email address, and profile picture through Clerk (our authentication provider). We also store your activity within the platform: question responses, practice sessions, progress by domain, and exam simulation results. We also collect limited technical and usage data through cookies and similar technologies (see section 4): device and browser type, pages visited, and interactions. Analytics and marketing data are only collected after you give consent. We do not collect payment data directly — payments are handled by Stripe, which has its own privacy policy.
We use your information exclusively to: • Personalize your learning experience and display your progress • Send you notifications about platform updates (only if you have opted in) • Improve content and practice questions based on aggregated usage patterns • Manage your account and subscription • Measure the effectiveness of our advertising and reach relevant audiences, using marketing pixels — but only if you accept marketing cookies (see section 4) We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data with the processors needed to run the service (Clerk, Stripe, Neon) and, only with your consent, with advertising and analytics providers (Google, Meta, TikTok) as described in section 4.
Your data is stored on Neon (serverless PostgreSQL) on AWS infrastructure in the EU-Central-1 region. Authentication is managed by Clerk with industry-standard encryption. All connections to the platform use HTTPS with TLS. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure. If we detect a security breach that affects you, we will notify you within 72 hours.
We use cookies and similar technologies in three categories: • Necessary (always on): keep your session active and the site secure. Required for the platform to work. • Analytics (consent required): Google Analytics, via Google Tag Manager, to understand aggregated usage anonymously. • Marketing (consent required): Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel to measure our advertising and reach relevant audiences. On your first visit a consent banner lets you Accept all, Reject all, or choose by category. Analytics and marketing tags do not load until you opt in — we apply Google Consent Mode v2, which keeps all non-essential storage denied by default. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, or through your browser settings. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
If you are a resident of the EU or EEA, you have the right to: • Access all personal data we hold about you • Correct inaccurate data • Request complete deletion of your account and data • Export your data in a machine-readable format • Object to the processing of your data To exercise any of these rights, write to us at hola@claudepractice.com.
We retain your information while your account is active. If you delete your account, we will erase your personal data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to retain it longer (for example, transaction records for 7 years due to tax requirements).
claudepractice.com is not directed at users under 16 years of age. If you are under that age, do not use this platform. If we discover we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.
We may update this policy occasionally. We will notify you by email if the changes are significant. The date of the last update will always appear at the top of this document.
